is such an unhealthy obsession, especially among most teens. If you're really that concerned about your weight, then don't bitch about it; get off the fucking couch and go for a walk. I'm not trying to be an ass or anything, its just that it's not that difficult, it just takes a bit of effort and a small amount of dedication. I'm talking about the people who are like "HOLY SHIT I WEIGH 80 POUNDS BLAH HOW DO I LOSE 50 BY TOMORROW?!", or "I JUST ATE A CHICKEN SUB, AND HOLY SHIT, NOW I WEIGH 11 POUNDS". SERIOUSLY, be quiet! I know there are people who have anorexia, or bulimia, or whatever the fuck else eating disorders there are, but I'm not talking about those kind of people; I'm talking about the people who are of perfectly normal weight, and are all pissy because they had some kind of minor weight gain, or some shit like that. Really, you're perfect the way you are. Don't let that one number on a scale give you such a panic attack. Settle down. *sigh* /rant

At any weight, if you notice you've put on weight, it is concerning because it makes you feel as if you are losing control of your body and lowers your self esteem.
